What this website collects, where it goes, and what we do with it.
What You Send Us
The contact and repair booking forms ask for your name and phone number. Email, a message and your bike details are optional. We use them only to reply about your repair.
Where It Goes
Your request is emailed to Rebel Ebikes through an email delivery service (Brevo). A copy also goes to Deeper Digital LLC, which builds and maintains this website, so it can check that messages arrive. The website itself keeps no copy.
What We Count
We count taps on the call buttons and the number of forms sent, by day and page. It is a number only, with no name, phone number or IP address.
Cookies and Similar Tools
We do not use advertising cookies. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, which checks your browser and IP address when you use a form. The map is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard security logs.
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
