Do you work on regular bicycles too?
Yes. Rebel Ebikes repairs, restores and maintains both electric and traditional bicycles.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during shop hours (Every day, 10am to 6pm). Booking online just tells us what is coming in, so we can be ready for you.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Bring your bike in for a complimentary estimate and we will tell you what it needs and what it costs before any work starts.
How much is a flat tire repair on an e-bike?
A rear flat on an e-bike is $65. Flat repair covers a quick, expert repair or a replacement so you are back on the road with minimal delay.
What is the difference between the Core and Premium Tune-Up?
The Core Tune-Up ($125 bicycle, $150 eBike) includes the 10-point safety check, a deep cleaning, fine-tuning of moving parts, brakes and gears, trued wheels and a tightened bottom bracket. The Premium Tune-Up ($199) adds an intensive drivetrain cleaning, precision re-greasing and a complete brake bleed.
My e-bike won't turn on. What should I book?
Start with eBike Diagnostics ($85). Calibrated testing tools read the bike's performance and condition and find the problem at the source, so you only fix what is broken.
Do you fix electric scooters?
Yes, scooter repairs are available on request. The price depends on the damage, so call (737) 272-7922 or stop in for an estimate.
